A contract between you and Amelie Design LLP is formed only when we accept your order and dispatch the goods.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.

All payment transactions are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

We do not store your full payment card details.


7. Delivery

Delivery times displayed on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs procedures;
  • Supply chain issues;
  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Ownership of goods remains with Amelie Design LLP until full payment has been received.

You should inspect your order upon delivery.

9. Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the United Kingdom, you have rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us by email before the cancellation period expires.

Once cancellation has been confirmed:

  • Goods must be returned within 14 days.
  • Goods should be unused and in a resaleable condition where reasonably possible.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods or evidence that the goods have been returned.


10. Exceptions to Cancellation Rights

The right to cancel may not apply to:

  • Bespoke or made-to-order products;
  • Personalised products;
  • Products made to customer specifications;
  • Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened, where applicable.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.


11. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable legislation.

If goods are:

  • Faulty;
  • Not as described;
  • Not fit for purpose; or
  • Incorrectly supplied,

you may be entitled to repair, replacement, refund, or other remedies available under law.

Please contact us promptly if you believe a product is faulty.


12. Gift Cards and Promotional Codes

Where gift cards, discount codes, or promotional offers are issued:

  • They cannot be exchanged for cash.
